NH Construction Career Days was a huge success again this year! We had 1,070 students attend from 43 high schools. These students were able to try carpentry, welding, plumbing, heavy equipment operation, engineering, robotics and much more! Numerous post secondary schools and apprenticeship programs were in attendance as exhibitors handing out great information on their construction related programs to prospective students. This was our 7th year running the event, which was started by our very own Grantie State #218 Chapter President and regional NAWIC President Catherine Schoenenberger. The event was held at the New Boston Youth Center for the 2nd year in a row. We received many compliments on how well the event was run and how much there was to offer to students.
